Rules Modifications - Magic OCCs and RCCs

These rules cover the modifications to the standard magic OCCs stemming from some of the changes described in the The Basic Rules of Magic.

In addition to the changes to the Standard Magic OCCs and RCCs available there are also a couple of additional new Magic OCCs available by GM consent.
