Generating Creatures of Magic

Creatures of magic are those such as Dragons, Rakshassa, Seraph, Lyn-Sial etc. They all have a number of standard basic abilities but are not necessarily super-natural in origin.

Teleportation
This applies to both dimensional and ordinary teleportation. The chance is either a fixed chance (01-40) based upon a certain level (roll 3D6) of ability or variable with level of experience. If fixed roll on the table below and calculate according to the level of proficiency.
If capable of teleporting others than the chance is usually less than (01-70) that of teleporting self. It is never greater. Roll or select from the table as appropriate.
If capable of dimensional and ordinary teleport the chance is usually less (01-60) for the dimensional teleport. It is never greater. Roll or select from the table as appropriate.
