Azer Cybertech permits online viewing of it's consultant's CV for the purpose of validation of suitabliity of the consultant for the work tendered.
Download and retention, for more than 48 hours, of the CV in either Word or HTML form, more than 5 days in paper form constitutes agreement to the following terms and conditions. Sending of either this document of the CV in any form to a third party (other than a lawyer) without Azer Cybertech's prior consent constitures agreement to the following terms and conditions. |

Azer Cybertech Ltd is prepared to tender for suitable contract work or provide estimates for work on an adhoc basis. |
|
Due to Inland Revenue regulations any contract resulting from a successful tender must reflect the true nature of the business arrangement and must not be an artificial construct. |

As such, and in common, with all supply relationships Azer Cybertech Ltd reserves to right to provided detailed Terms and Conditions under which it will provide it's consultant's services. These terms and conditions will at a minumum |
|
1) Make no reference to the consultant supplied |
|
2) Make no reference to hours of work or conditions of work |
|
3) Include any condition which can gives rise to the relationship being interpreted as one of employment. |
|
4) Include a negotitiated substitution clause. |
|
5) Include a negotitiated termination of contract clause |
|
6) Include a schedule of tasks against which invoices will be made |
|
Azer Cybertech Ltd may accept other Terms and Conditions provided that they meet the above as a minimum. |
