I find when writing any section I develop a flow which I cannot pick up again having been interrupted. Yesterday was a case in point. I was about to elucidate further on the events here when Sorcha arrived with her son. Although he was only born 27 days ago he looks to be at least 6 month old.
It seems that the birth was straight forward if not easy. I would have thought that shapeshifters would just be able to alter their bodies to expel the infant but it appears that this is not the case and it must be pushed out in the normal manner - Something to do with the affect of hormones although Sorcha did say that she was glad she was able to restructure her hips and pelvic bone which at least made the pain tolerable - I'm not sure I want children now.
She is by the way looking remarkably fine and the experience has not marred her in any way - although she took gleeful delight in telling of her punishment of the Unicorn, but I skip ahead somewhat.
